Our Founders and Advisers
Our five founders are all experienced professionals and business owners with one common strait – they are all “People’s person”. Everyone is either experienced trainer or coach in different disciplines including legal, food industry, hospitality field, performing arts and IT field. We are supported by a team of honorary advisers who are first-rated professionals or business executives.
Our Business Beliefs
We believe in the magical power of Referral Marketing because it is the most economical and effective marketing tool especially for SMEs which are our primary target members. We share the belief that good business relationship needs to be nurtured in a safe, reliable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a good balance between discipline, continuous training, participation and contribution. We believe in building a long term relationship with trust. As our Group slogan emphasises, “Good contacts are like good wine, they get better over the years”.
Within each chapter, we only allow one member for each business category to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to enhance the synergy among members. Each chapter will have a maximum of 30 members only to ensure it is effectively and efficiently managed. Formal meetings are held once every two weeks and each meeting will last for two hours including time for open networking before and after each meeting. Our meetings are held at a unique vinery or similar venues from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on a weekday, the so-called happy hours. Members may arrange a substitute to represent him/her at formal meetings and no member may be absent without substitute for twice over a period of 6 months. Members are expected to meet each other one-on-one (we call “PAIRing”) between meetings to enhance mutual understandings. Cross-chapter visits are highly recommended to maximise member’s exposure. Social gatherings and Joint Chapter Events (e.g. Anniversary, Christmas Party and Chinese New Year Party) will be held every year to enhance team spirit, mutual understandings and widen our business network.
Who should join us
Proprietors and self-employed people in SMEs doing whatever business or service industry are welcomed to join us but not direct or multi-level marketing business. Those who work in bigger corporations with main income coming from commission are also welcomed to join us.
How to become a member
You must join our formal meeting at least twice as a guest. If you express your interest to join us, a “chatting” between you and our Committee Members will be arranged. Once your application is approved, you are then required to pay a Joining Fee (currently at $3,800 per annum) and an annual Meeting Fee of $4,300. The latter covers the rental and catering cost for the meetings.
