I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Math and Computers. Then I went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Training and Human Resource Management at the University of Leicester. After working in the training and course organization field for over 20 years, I decided to move on and ventured into something totally different. Teaming up with wine experts from Canada, we started a very unique wine making business in China and Hong Kong about 8 years ago. Currently I am responsible for the sales and marketing of wines and our brewing equipment.
CanBrew is a supplier of microbrewery equipment built with latest technology. It provides the coldest, freshest and most tasteful draft beer one can get with a relatively small installation. The range of equipment can brew 50L, 100L, 200L, 500L, 1000L and 2000L, etc. Bars and restaurants can brew beer their customers love most.
The Frames Bellavita Winery teaches clients to make their own wines. Clients get to enjoy the whole process of wine making from selecting the wine, customizing the taste, bottling, labeling, and sealing it. The Frames Bellavita Winery also provides all the special equipment required for making wine from imported grape concentrates from vineyards around the globe.
There are 3 distinctive benefits in making your own wines:
The invaluable wine making experience is not available everywhere.
By making your own wines, you can add your favourite tastes, such as lemon peels and green apple to white wines, or coffee beans and pepper corn to red wines. We call it ‘building your taste into your own wines’.
Since it is your own wine, you can design your own label for your wine bottles. Good examples of this use include offering such wines as tailor-made personal gifts, and in weddings, anniversary dinners, or simply any event.
